Friday night I got home late from work. Went to store to find good healthy food, and have no clue what im looking for, because at this rate it seems i cant eat anything. What you should always do when you see someone having a heart attack or if you think you might be having one yourself is to get help immediately. I can only figure Im one of the survivors because Im supposed to learn more lessons (including compassion) before its my time to go.
